It’s the quantity of our selections. Our clients are always surprised at how many options they get to choose from- maybe it’s too many! You wouldn’t get a very personal home, if you only had 5 carpets or 10 different tiles to select from. The selections and finishes for our design center showroom have been carefully selected by Biltmore’s Interior Design Team and are aesthetically cohesive from the outside in, giving you the peace of mind that your selections are current and timeless with every design trend the day you move in. Your home needs to be a reflection of your personal style. Biltmore Company is acclaimed for giving our clients an exceptional semi-custom building and design experience. This process allows you to choose a floor plan from our website that best meets your needs then you can modify that floor plan and elevation however you want to fit your family’s lifestyle and personal style. Once the floor plan is finalized, the contract is drawn up and agreed upon, giving you the base price of your home. Then the fun part begins and you are scheduled to spend approximately a week in our beautiful design center with our multi award-winning & nationally recognized interior designers to make all the selections for your home from exterior colors and stone, to interior paint, carpet, flooring, surfaces, plumbing, tile and lighting. It’s a fast-paced, exciting week, and above all else- there’s no surprises to what the final cost of your home will be. We can help you stay within your budget or show you possible products to upgrade to. No need to shop around town to make your selections from different suppliers-we’ve done the hard work for you and are constantly making our showroom selections top priority in our company. We have a saying- “We only do pretty and affordable in our design center,” making sure we eliminate outdated style choices and products too costly to install or too costly to maintain. You’ll be surprised at your options and how organized this process is!
Once your home’s selections are finalized, we’re happy to provide you with your “Client Book.” A binder not only full of the selections you made, but a place for you to keep your contracts, amenities, and correspondence as well. Our designers are college graduates of Interior Design who will provide you with any necessary CAD drawings of your homes for any special rooms such as kitchens and entertainment centers. Your client book will be your resource through your build containing cabinet drawings, your electrical overview and your home’s lighting selections that you’ll be able to refer back to often all throughout your build.
